Narendra Singh Rawat of Sudurpashchim won the third Pumdi-Bhumdi Mountain Race in Pokhara on Saturday, October 10, 2026. He completed the 8-kilometre course from the World Peace Pagoda to Buddha Park in 34 minutes, 35 seconds and 88 milliseconds.
Rawat claimed the open category title for the second consecutive year. He received a cash prize of NPR 50,000.
Race organised to promote sports tourism
The event was jointly organised by Pokhara Promotion Centre and Pokhara Click, with the aim of promoting sports tourism.
