Free Health Check-Up Camp Opens at Kathmandu's New Buspark for Dashain Travelers

Passengers traveling home for Dashain can receive free health check-ups at New Buspark in Gongabu, Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City's Metropolitan Police Force has launched the camp to help make journeys safer and easier before travelers leave the Kathmandu Valley.

A passenger assistance desk has also been set up at the bus park to facilitate travelers, according to Vishnu Prasad Joshi, chief of the Metropolitan Police Force.

Support for Dashain travelers

The health camp is intended to screen passengers before they begin their journeys home for the festival. The assistance desk provides an additional point of support for people traveling from the capital.
