Nepal Communist Party (NCP) coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal said in Bardibas, Mahottari, that people increasingly believe votes cast for the current government were wasted, describing the government as a fleeting storm. Speaking to journalists, Dahal accused the administration of being undemocratic and said intellectuals had already recognised its character, while ordinary citizens were beginning to understand its working style.
